Facilities??
Can anyone tell me what are the availability of the toilet facilities in the campground and along the trail...........this is a very serious issue and I need some good info to give my better half ............ she doesn't want to 4-wheel all day long looking for a cactus to "potty" behind.

I don't have any direct info on that one, but recently got a Campmor catalog that might have something to help out in a pinch... hit this portable toilet link for details or search for something similar at your favorite retailer.
Now I know that's not everyone's idea of fun, but you might take a moment to at least check out the Lady & other versions there. FWIW I was particularly impressed with the write-up on the Travel-John(tm) Disposable, Unisex, Personal Urinal:

Never used it myself, but for the price might be a good alternative to the cactus-potty.
Was there in 06 & 07 there is 1 or more before you go down into the canyon & 1 at the camp ground at the bottom of the canyon, as far as on the trail- well ya gotta do what ya gotta do. Now there was a fire in 06 that changed thing's for 07 as far this year I do not know. If you can get her to go do it you will love it.
