MyRides - ad purchased at fields

Ad fields for members to enter where they bought some/all/majority of their aftermarket upgrades, possibly along with their comments on whether they'd shop their again, so other members can get ideas on where to buy their own stuff. Also consider making it a linkable (URL) field directly to the store if they have a store website.

Added a new "Bought At" field for all MyRides... members can enter one or more comma-separated terms for place (or person) where they bought their original and/or upgrades (e.g., "Northeast Jeep Shop, Moab Chrysler").
