MyRides - ad upgraded by fields

Ad one or more optional fields and/or checkboxes for members to enter who did the upgrade work (e.g., themselves, local shops, etc)... see about making it linkable (URL) of shops to members can compare what shops did what work and give each other recommendations.

Added new "Upgraded By" field to all MyRides... one or more comma-separated terms for place (or person) who did the upgrades, or "me" if member did the work themselves. The idea is that other members can use this information when researching places to buy their own Jeeps or gear.
