Both turtle trails, Spirit Mtn and Rice Lake were very fun and lived up to their title of turtle trails. I was high centered several times on both trails but enjoyed every moment of it. I don't recommend stock Jeeps on either of the trails though. I beat my skid plate up pretty bad. I'm looking forward to doing it again. Just not sure if I want to go if they change it to July next year.

Not sure what turtle I was on, (I believe it was Spirit Mnt). But I think I saw you there, on the trail. I was on the turtle trail on Saturday.
Should've done a turtle the first day, but I was put on rice lake crane. It just wasn't enough for me.
I had a great time but I think they somewhat underrated the trails. I am comparing this trip to my last trip this past November to Ouachita, in Hot Springs, Arkansas. From my experience there, the trail ratings on the turtle trail (4-5 or 4-6) were rated 2-4 for similar trails on the Ouachita Jam.

All things considered, I still had a great time and met a lot of great people. The food was great, the staff/guides were great, the casino personell were great as well!! I hope the Tribal Elders see the same greatness I did, and decide to continue this event. It can only get better if they do, as the Jamboree personell will have more time to make the trails better for next year.

Not sure if I'd make it either, in July, because I REALLY want to make Drummond Island next time around!!!
